The SeaBreeze Experience

Hi, I’m Liz — the face (and brain) behind SeaBreeze Administration. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals, small businesses, and students across the UK, I know that the right support can completely change how you work, study, and live.

I’ve worked everywhere from universities to small start-ups, helping hundreds of people get organised, stay on track, and feel confident in what they do. My background spans academic mentoring, neurodiversity support, disability services, and business administration — so I understand how to blend practical systems with real-world empathy.

SeaBreeze Administration was born from one simple belief: everyone deserves the tools and support they need to succeed, no matter where they’re starting from.

When I worked with neurodiverse students through the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA), I could give them structured, consistent support during their studies. But when they graduated, that support stopped and they were suddenly expected to manage everything on their own. While I believe in building skills, confidence, and independence, that doesn’t mean people should have to face every challenge by themselves, and the more I worked with the more I noticed they ended up turning to self-employment. SeaBreeze exists to bridge that gap — providing ongoing, tailored support so you can keep thriving no matter which way life takes you. Whether you’re an ADHD business owner drowning in emails, a student staring down a dissertation, or a small business owner buried under admin, we’ll work together to make things lighter, clearer, and more manageable.
