We have supported hundreds of students at universities across the UK, from Level 3 college courses right through to PhD research. Over the years, we have worked with people from every academic background and stage, helping them navigate study skills, manage workloads, and tackle assignments with confidence.
Our qualified and experienced team headed up by Liz provides mentoring and study skills support that’s tailored to the individual, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Our specialism is working with adult students and those with neurodiverse disabilities, including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. But we also know that not everyone has a formal diagnosis — and that can make it harder to access the support you deserve. Whether you’re waiting for an assessment, exploring your neurodivergence, or simply know traditional study methods don’t work for you, we believe you should have the same level of guidance and understanding as anyone with a diagnosis.
We’re here to fill that middle ground, where you may identify as neurodivergent but don’t have the official paperwork to prove it, or maybe you don’t want to go down that route at all. Our goal is to give everyone the same quality of support, no matter where you are in your academic or personal journey.
Whether it’s breaking down a daunting dissertation, learning effective study strategies, or having a consistent mentor in your corner, we’re here to help you feel confident, capable, and in control of your studies. Whether you are an adult returning to education after time away or continuing education after A levels, the shift to degree level can feel overwhelming and we can help with that.
Education should open doors, not cause sleepless nights. If you’re ready to get organised, boost your confidence, and finally feel in control of your studies, I can help.
Whether it's a one-off session to get you going or more long-term support, we have packages to suit all.
